COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

COMMUNITY PARTNERS

We work with other groups and organisations in the industry. We have a guide to creating inclusive spaces and are always happy to talk to potential new partners. You can see our current partners on our community partners page.

COMMUNITY CONFERENCES

Community conferences are a great way to meet the wider community. All the conferences on our community cons page have a code of conduct and offer some tickets for under £50.

COMMUNITY GROUPS

Groups are a great way to get involved with your local InfoSec community. There are lots of groups, from worldwide OWASP chapters to local groups. You can find details of them on our community groups page.

ONLINE RESOURCES

There are many pathways into an InfoSec career. A lot of the information on how to get started, improve your skills, or simply be inspired, is found and shared online.

From podcasts and hacking tutorials, to Medium posts and carefully curated newsletters, the InfoSec community is one that’s always keen to share their first-hand experiences. Whether on diversity and best workplace practice, or how to use the latest hacking tool and break that not-so-secure device, there's tons of useful information out there.

We've gathered some of our favourite voices from the community, who have put forward their opinions, or compiled resources, in the spirit of open knowledge and building a more inclusive and secure ecosystem.

If you have a blog, article, podcast, or YouTube channel that you'd like to include email us at infosechoppers@gmail.com.
